Palm to Evergreen Investments is a Jacksonville-based real estate investment company focused on acquiring and revitalizing distressed properties throughout Northeast Florida. We specialize in transforming undervalued homes into quality residences—whether to sell or to hold as long-term rentals—bringing new life to communities and value to our investors.

The company was founded by Tony Rummel, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and seasoned construction superintendent with over 25 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial building. Tony’s journey into construction began in the suburbs of Seattle, Washington, where he learned the trade from his father—who not only worked in construction but also owned and managed rental properties. From an early age, Tony was swinging hammers and learning the ropes of property maintenance and renovation.

After serving honorably in the Marine Corps, Tony moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 1998, where his father had relocated. He earned his college degree and began framing houses, working his way up through the ranks. By 2006, he launched his own construction company and weathered the 2009 recession, gaining resilience and first-hand insight into market cycles. Since 2011, he has served as a superintendent—first in custom homebuilding, Then at a leading commercial construction firm.
